Squash is on view at grocery stores and farmer's markets this fall - most commonly, the butternut, acorn, pumpkin and spaghetti varieties. Our Regional Corporate Chef, Chef Abdiel, told us his favorite ways to use these fall beauties. He suggests roasting them with salt, pepper and olive oil for an easy addition to a salad. Or glaze them with honey or maple syrup mixed with spices like ground ginger, ground cloves, cinnamon, or even Chinese five-spice for a warm and satisfying dish.
